This gluten-free and clean bread recipe is one of my absolute faves!  Sometimes I also add dark chocolate chips!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Pulse the avocado and bananas in a food processor until creamy. Add the coconut oil, vanilla, honey, and egg, and pulse to combine.
  3. Using a rubber spatula gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to form a batter, then fold in the nuts of your choice.
  4. Line an 8½ x 4½-inch medium loaf pan with parchment paper and spread the batter across the pan.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes. To preserve freshness, place inside an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
